Just a word of warning, which was not mentioned on the call: If you do the Domino upgrade and change to the new ODS in one go, you will not be able to downgrade directly. You will have to run compact again to revert the databases back to the old ODS before being able to downgrade your server.

Please keep that in mind as it cause you a lot of unexpected downtime if you find that R8.5 doesn't work and you need to get back to R8 or earlier.
